Application Form

Please fill in the application form and send it to our address dssl2008@gmail.com by 30 September 2008. Use the Microsoft Word or OpenOffice.org format. If you cannot open either, look into the .pdf file and send the application form in the body of an email.

1) Application form for active participants (those with a paper):

Please submit the application form by 30 September 2008. We need it to make the program of the workshop. Passive participants may send their application forms later.
