Services

Information, documentation, online help

Several courses are available in Elf both for students and teachers, supplying information about the main features of Elf:

• Elf pro všechny – fow all registered users of Elf, used mainly for communicating with students
• Elf pro pedagogy – for teachers
• Moodle – výkladní skříň – course introducing a majority of Moodle features, open to all visitors

All three courses are in Czech, the English-speaking users can make use of Moodle online documentaion.
Questions can be raised in the discussion forums Potřebuji vědět (teachers) and Jak se dělá (students), or sent by e-mail to elf<at>phil.muni.cz.

System administration, debugging

Bugs and errors should primarily be reported in the discussion forums in Elf:

• První pomoc (students)
• Nefunguje mi (teachers)

or by sending an e-mail to elf<at>phil.muni.cz.

Course design consultations

If you know what you want to achieve in your course but you do not know what tools would suit your goals best, it is the right time to talk it over with someone who knows Moodle well.

Training

Workshops and presentations for small groups can be organized upon request, covering various topics of Moodle usage (activity modules, course administration, etc.).
