Annales psychologici is a reviewed scholarly journal published by the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic, and specializing in the field of psychology and closely related disciplines. Until 1995, the psychological journal was biennial  because psychological and pedagogical issues alternated regularly in the series. The first separate issue of Annales psychologici was published in 1996, and it has been publishing contributions by the teachers, doctoral students, and other authors since then. The contributions include comprehensive theoretical papers as well as empirically oriented papers in which the authors present partial results of their research projects.

Guidelines for contributors

Conditions for Accepting Articles

Manuscripts can be submitted in Czech, Slovak, English or German,  in Word format on a CD or by e-mail to the above address. Articles should not exceed 15 pages, including notes. Manuscripts should be accompanied by an abstract and key words in Czech and English. The journal retains the right to make language corrections; the author will be able to check the suggested changes during proof reading.
Authors should state their full address, including telephone or fax number.

Conditions for Publishing Manuscripts

All contributions to Annales psychologici (SPFFBU, series P – Studia psychologica) must meet the formal and professional criteria for publication in a reviewed scholarly journal. All manuscripts are reviewed by two reviewers; on the basis of their independent reviews, the Editorial Board of Annales psychologici decides if and when the article will be published. The board will inform the author of the reviewers' judgement as soon as possible. Manuscripts are not returned, there is no financial reward. The final decision on publication lies with the Editor SPFFBU, series P.
