Review reporting process

Every submission, when recieved, is reviewed by two independent scholars in the field. Review reporting process is supposed to be anonymous for both sides and contains of two parts: a "signed" report adressed to the editorial board (answering the question of originality and quality of the submission), and anonymous notes adressed to the author of the submission (evaluating the way of argumentation, the quality of used language, the conciseness of the abstract and key words, bibliography etc.). On the basis of these notes, the contributor is asked for the revision of the submission, in case he/she refuses to revise the paper, this cannot be accepted.
