Study Stays through Intergovernmental Agreements for the 2014/2015 Academic Year 
 

Quotas


Applications will be submitted to the department of international studies of the individual faculties, just like in the previous years.
 
Application:

  1. Applicants are required to fill in the electronic application form at:https://isois.ois.muni.cz/public/application-outgoing/index.php?lang=en, close the application, print it out and have it signed by an authorised person at their department. Then the paper version of the application form and any other required documentation must be submitted to the department of international studies at their faculty. Click HERE for a list of authorised persons.
  2. Applicants are required to fill in the electronic application form at the websites of AIA http://aia-databaze.zahranici-stipendium.cz/modules/aia/, generate a “Study Stay Application” (Návrh na vyslání) and deliver it with the required attachments.
  3. Required attachments: a cover letter, a letter of acceptance from the foreign university (if required by the country in question), a CV, a letter of recommendation written by one of the academic staff.

 
Deadline for the submission of applications at the Faculty of Arts Department of international relationships: Friday 15 November 2013

Selection Procedures


The selection procedure takes place directly at the AIA. The applicants may apply by filling in the AIA electronic application form and by delivering all the other required documents. Moreover, each applicant must also fill in the electronic application form of the Office for International Studies which serves for filing purposes and for generating a file record.
 
Receiving institution – the offer is not limited to specific foreign universities. The applicants are expected to make contacts with universities based on their interest and field of study.
 
Reimbursement of travel expenses – following the submission of required documents to the Office for International Studies no later than 15 days after the completion of the study stay.
