The present paper concerns one of the cardinal questions of modern theoretical thinking - ecological philosophy of nature, culture and technology. The way out from this question there is a concept of evolutional ontology, but the sense of our article in its whole there is mainly in presentation of philosophy of nature, culture and technology as critical philosophy of social and ecological responsibility of every human being.
