Instructions for calculating the scholarship according to FF MU Measure No. 1/2023 The amount used to calculate the total amount of the scholarship is determined by the sum of these sub-amounts: a) travel allowance depending on the country of destination, b) subsistence allowance according to the country of destination (amount per day multiplied by the number of days of stay), c) participation fee (if levied). Travel allowance by destination country Country group I: Hungary, Germany, Poland, Austria, Slovakia Country group II: other European countries Country group III: non-European countries Lump sum scholarship: Country Group I: CZK 3,000 Country group II: CZK 7,500 Country group III: CZK 12,000 Subsistence allowance by destination country Group A: Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, other European non-EU countries Group B: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Spain, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Turkey, non-OECD countries Group C: Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, France, Ireland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, UK, non-European OECD countries: USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, South Korea Daily lump sum of the scholarship: Country group A: CZK 625 per day Country group B: CZK 750 per day Country group C: CZK 875 per day If you leave a day before the mobility starts or return a day after the mobility ends, you can report +1 day for trips within Europe or up to +2 days for trips outside Europe if this is the case. The travel allowance to the country of destination and the subsistence allowance in the country of destination are only paid when the applicant is present in person. Only the amount corresponding to the participation fee may be granted to the applicant when participating online.
