How to travel to Brno
From Vienna
Vienna is the most convenient international gateway to Brno.
From Vienna Airport (VIE), direct buses run frequently to Brno and take around 2 to 2.5 hours. Price: approx. €13–20. Operators: RegioJet: https://www.regiojet.com, FlixBus: https://www.flixbus.com.)
Alternatively, take a train or S-Bahn from the airport to Vienna Main Railway Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof) and continue by direct train to Brno Main Railway Station. Take around 2 to 2.5 hours.
From Prague
From Prague Airport (PRG), first travel to the city centre by Airport Express bus or public transport (approx. 30 minutes).
By train (recommended)
Continue to Prague Main Railway Station (Praha hlavní nádraží). Frequent direct trains connect Prague with Brno.

By bus
Long-distance buses run from Prague city centre and some connections also operate directly from Prague Airport.

From Brno Airport
Brno-Tuřany Airport (BRQ) has a limited number of direct international flights, including regular connections to London Stansted and Milan Bergamo.
From the airport, the city centre can be reached in approximately 15–20 minutes:
- By taxi or Bolt
- By public bus, with a direct connection to Brno Main Railway Station
