The Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic has announced a competition in the programme to support educational activities in the museum sector.

The aim of the projects is to provide educational events for children and youth, support projects aimed at children and youth, as well as activities supporting the development of children's creativity through artistic activities and deepening their cultural experiences (active exhibitions, workshops, children's project days, etc.). The projects are intended for owners or administrators of museum collections of a nature registered in the Central Register of Museum Collections of a Nature of the Ministry of Culture (CES), except for contributory organisations established by the Ministry, and natural or legal persons eligible for subsidies pursuant to Article 7(1)(d), (e), (f), (i) of Act No 218/2000 Coll., on budgetary rules, as amended, except for contributory organisations established by the Ministry.

Project categories:

1, Educational activities within permanent museum exhibitions from collections registered in the Central Register of Museum Collections of the Ministry of Culture (CES).

2, Educational activities in the field of museums supporting the development of school educational programmes, lifelong learning at universities and the publication of methodological and professional materials to support educational and training activities in the field of education in culture.

The deadline for submission of the grant application is 15th December 2022.
