MSMT has launched calls for grant applications for the implementation of mobility of researchers within the framework of international cooperation in VaVaI. A call for applications for grants for multilateral scientific and technical cooperation projects in the Danube region is also open. These calls concern the implementation period in 2027–2028.

The call is part of the Multilateral Scientific and Technical Cooperation (MSTC Danube) funding program and aims to strengthen international research partnerships and researcher mobility. The main objective of the call is to support the establishment and development of international research projects with the participation of organizations from several countries of the Danube Region. Supported projects must be multilateral in nature, with the involvement of at least three partners from three different participating countries. Along with the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Montenegro, France, Croatia, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia and Serbia are participating in the 5th call.
