We would like to inform all proposers about the process of submitting GACR project proposals to the MUNI Faculty of Arts.

• Please use the email address gacr@phil.muni.cz for communication with the Dean's Office FF MUNI. It will be used to communicate with the Personnel Office (PO), the Economics Office (EO) and the Project Support Office (OPP). Your message will reach all staff members who will be in charge of your proposal.
• Project proposals are prepared in GRIS. In your proposal, please assign access rights for the Project Support Office - username MUNI.ARTS in the role of Project Administrator.
• Proposals must also be registered in ISEP - Project Proposal Editor.

Process of inspections and consultations

• The Ethics Committee for Research invites all proposers of GACR projects to send it requests for review of proposals by 16.00 on 5. 3. 2025.
  Full guidance on this step can be found here. It only applies to project proposals that will involve work with special category personal data.
• From 26. 2. to 10. 03. 2025 you can consult the draft budget with the PO, the EO and the OPP (structure, cost eligibility, etc.).
• Until 10. 3. 2025, you have to inform the OPP about the submission of the project, establish the project proposal in ISEP and grant access rights in GRIS (username MUNI.ARTS). This is an earlier deadline against the original update (internal agreement between PO, EO and OPP).
• Until 10. 3. 2025 you must send the data for the personal budget check (controlled by the PO).
• Until 14. 3. 2025 the Open Science Methodologists from the Central Library of the Faculty of Arts offer assistance in ensuring the implementation of the principles of open science and the preparation of a data management plan (DMP). If you are interested, please contact openscience@phil.muni.cz.
• Until 17. 3. 2025 the draft proposal for the overall budget control (controlled by the EO) have to be delivered.
• Until 21. 3.2025 the draft proposal for the substantive and formal control (controlled by the OPP) must be submitted. Until this date, you can consult the OPP on your proposals, in particular on the structure and content of section C1.
• Until 31. 3. 2025 you must have the final draft of the project ready and send it to the OPP for preparation for submission (finalisation is guaranteed by the OPP).
• 3. 4. 2025 is the end of the competition period.
