The document builds on the presentation from the recent webinar. It expands on it with more detailed, above all, practical guidelines that can significantly facilitate the preparation of a project proposal. The manual offers:

• a clear description of the internal procedures at the Faculty of Arts, including deadlines and contacts,
• recommended steps for preparing individual parts of the proposal,
• practical tips for the scientific section,
• instructions on how to work with the ISEP, GRIS, and GRITA systems,
• an Introduction to the Internal Budget Template,
• an overview of eligible costs that can be planned in the project.

In addition to its clear structure, the document allows users to search for keywords using the Ctrl+F shortcut and includes a range of useful links.
