Description The chapter used research studies Jiří Němec has carried out with his team in recent years. In view of several studies it tried to explain the obtained qualitative categories from meta-perspective and connect them according to Strausse and Corbin research strategy. It resulted in the theory of multiple factors explaining the complicated process of Roma pupils education and the reasons of their educational difficulties. The factor in this chapter was explained as a specific feature influencing the whole educational process and life career of the socially disadvantaged child having various content, intensity and polarity.
