| Description | The aim of the thesis is to explore, how and why the medieval literature was “theatrical”, i. e. what the dramatic and performative aspects of medieval literary texts were, and what it means for their possible presentation and reception. Emphasis is put especially on one particular genre of medieval literature of the examined period and region (14th-century Bohemia), the so-called plancts. |
