| Description | A walk along the Svratka river drew attention to important buildings that were erected here in the 19th and 20th centuries. One of the first Art Nouveau buildings in the Austrian monarchy, the villa of Anna and Josef Ludwig, was thus introduced. Attention was also devoted to the Brno shooting range and the lost district known as Kamenný mlýn (Stone Mill). The life stories of politician and businessman Rudolf Rohrer were also mentioned, as well as the rowing club. The walk ended at a group of houses built in 1928 as part of the Nový dům (New House) modern house exhibition. |
