Description In my lecture, I will present the life and work of two Czech women philosophers, Anna Pammrová (1860–1945) and Albína Dratvová (1892–1969). I argue that studying their work is valuable not only as a case study of Central European women philosophers but also for its broader intellectual contributions. Pammrová’s thought can be examined through the lens of contemporary ecofeminism, while Dratvová developed a complex perspective on the status and role of scholars in modern society.
