| Description | Introduction to the issue of asking about the meaning of life. The question of the meaning of life is an inexhaustible source and topic for reflections of all possible types and levels. From simple social conversation, through deeply individual and intimate reflection on one's own place and role in the world, to artistic processing in the form of various tragedies, comedies, parodies trying to point out the complexity and often absurdity of the offered answers or the formulation of the questions themselves, to attempts at a rational, analytical grasp of the entire problem, its mapping and clear structuring, in which everyone can find their own justification for their existence and for their continued presence in this world. The question of meaning then becomes an order of magnitude more complex when we leave the individual level and begin to ask about the meaning of life as such or even the meaning of the existence of anything. |
