| Description | The aim of the block is to present the Royal Games of Ur and Senet, the 2 earliest surviving board games in the world. Students will learn about the history, symbolism and meaning of the games. They will be able to see a replica of the Royal Games board found in the burial ground of Ur and Senet from the tomb of Amenhotep III. Students will be able to play the games according to the reconstructed rules |
