| Description | The text focuses on the legal relevance of some non-legal sources on the issue of treasures to the treasury of the good baths of the republic in Rome. It did not take into account the legal rights of the province of Judea at all. The basic texts are excerpts from Horace’s satires (Hor. Sat. 2, 6, 10–13) and Matthew’s parable about the treasure (Mat 13.44). |
