Description The presentation's proposal focuses on new types of textuality related to decolonial discourse. Since the 1990s, Brazilian Indigenous authors have been making an increasingly strong presence in the Brazilian cultural and intellectual space. In addition to strengthening their achievements in the political and social fields, reconstructing their identity and history, they contribute to the diversity of Brazilian literature and broaden the epistemological horizon. Within the literary debate, they introduce issues such as the place of speech, the importance of oral elements and collective memory, bringing new materialities of symbolic language and new perspectives based on epistemologies traditionally considered subaltern.
