| Description | The course will provide a comprehensive view of medicinal plants and their use in preventing and promoting health. We will focus on the effects of herbs on the respiratory, digestive and nervous systems, their role in preventing cardiovascular diseases, supporting immunity and urinary tract health. We will also not forget the safety of using herbs and medicines together. The course is intended for everyone who wants to learn more about the power of nature and its scientifically based use. |
