| Description | What was the true fate of Emperor Sigismund of Luxembourg? And where might his body lie today? The documentary film *Graves and Tombs* follows an international research project seeking to shed light on the burial of one of the most significant rulers of medieval Europe. The journey begins in Znojmo, ends in Oradea, Romania, and leads through science, archaeology, geophysical surveys, and historical sources. The Brno City Museum and Masaryk University are collaborating on the project. The film presents not only new findings but also questions that force us to reflect on how we treat death and the memory of the powerful. |
