Faculty web server outage

Please note that on January 22, from 9:00 p.m. to approximately midnight, the faculty web server (server mrakoplas.phil.muni.cz) will be unavailable due to relocation. The shutdown does NOT affect websites operated on the Umbraco or cPanel platforms. However, websites and applications operated on the faculty server (e.g., Matomo, databases, Trac, and all local websites) will be out of service.

Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Three seats have become available in the Student Chamber of the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University. Therefore, the Chair of the Senate announces by-elections to the Student Chamber of the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University, for the term of office 2024–2027, to be held on February 3, 2026.

Planned shutdown of all laptops running Windows 10

Following the example of shutting down PCs in offices that did not support the latest Windows system, all laptops that fall under central administration and still have Windows 10 installed will also be shut down soon.

Form a competition team and join the challenge that motivates participants to move healthily and travel sustainably.
