HR Award – Resources for department heads on the Employee Portal: Organized and all in one place

The goal was to create a practical “guide” that provides heads of faculty departments with a solution for the situation they are currently facing.

Managing people involves a wide range of situations—from recruiting new colleagues to onboarding and evaluating them, all the way through to compensation and termination. That’s why you’ll now find a collection of resources in the Department head section of the Employee Portal to help you handle these situations.

Currently, it is available only in Czech and focuses primarily on human resources, but topics from other areas will be added gradually, and an English translation is also planned. The topics are organized in a grid format by individual processes. Currently, you will find the following among them:

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Onboarding
  • Performance Evaluation
  • Compensation
  • Offboarding

Each topic includes:

  • a brief summary of the key points
  • contact information for the relevant person
  • downloadable checklists
  • answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ)
  • links to related resources
