HR Award – We invite you to a discussion meeting in English
The meeting is open to anyone interested in the HR Award topics and ongoing activities.
Are you currently enrolled in a doctoral program? Would you like to influence the study and work environment for early-career researchers at our faculty? Come and contribute to an open discussion about your study and work experience at the faculty.
The meeting is organized by the team responsible for the faculty's HR Excellence in Research award (Mgr. Silvie Rampouchová a Mgr. Lída Oplatková) under the auspices and with the participation of the Vice-Dean for Doctoral Studies and Study Program Quality, doc. PhDr. Iva Burešová, Ph.D..
We will discuss what you enjoy and what concerns you. The aim is to find out to what extent the principles of the European Charter for Researchers are respected at the faculty from the perspective of doctoral studies and early-stage researchers, where we have room for improvement, and what measures could help.
What does the Charter actually address? It covers topics such as:
The discussion will also cover the topic of awareness of career development opportunities, whether in the field of projects, publications, or other directions after completing doctoral studies.
We prefer face-to-face meetings, but it is also possible to participate in the discussion online.
The discussion will take place in Czech on February 26, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the meeting room of the Faculty of Arts Dean's Office, A. Nováka 1, Brno, Building C, 2nd floor. Registration is required here.
We look forward to seeing you!
