HR Award – Wake up your body and mind or stretch your back in our exercise lessons

We offer morning and afternoon exercise lessons led by a professional instructor, held right on campus at a discounted rate. All lessons still have openings.

What lessons are available?

  • Yoga to awaken the body and mind - Tuesdays 7:30-8:30 AM, classroom G03
  • Healthy Back Lessons - Thursdays 2:45-3:45 PM, classroom G03

Why come?

  • You’ll stretch and strengthen your body, and relieve tension in your back and neck
  • You’ll improve your posture and concentration
  • You’ll start your day with energy and in a good mood
  • You’ll work out right on campus, without having to commute
  • Classes are offered at a discounted rate for all MU Faculty of Arts employees

What are the lessons like?

Lessons are still not at full capacity, so we invite all faculty members to join us. The classes are led by an experienced instructor and are suitable for both complete beginners and more advanced participants.
