Finance Office

Personnel Office

  • Leave usage check: December 10, 2025; leave days must be 0 days as of December 31 2025, scheduled and entered by December 10; checked and entered by secretaries/responsible department head
  • Closing and submitting electronic attendance: December 10, 2025, by 18:00 (holidays, documents for sick leave or treatment of a family member after this date to be submitted to the Personnel Office - payroll accountant to Mrs Pacasová and Mrs Švihálková)
  • Preliminary payroll posting: December 15, 2025
  • Submission of additional documents for processing of agreements and remuneration, final corrections in payroll posting: December 16–22, 2025
  • Sharp payroll processing (calculation and correction): January 7, 2026

Office for Research and Development

  • We kindly ask the project investigators to think about submitting the interim or final reports of their projects on time in January 2026. 
  • The department will be closed from December 22, 2025, to January 4, 2026.

International Office

  • The office hours of the International Office will be in effect until December 19, 2025.
  • The department will be closed from December 22, 2025, to January 4, 2026.

Office for Studies

  • Last date for entering scholarships for payment and posting in 2025: November 25, 2025
  • The office hours of the International Office will be until December 19, 2025.
  • The department will be closed from December 22, 2025, to January 4, 2026.

Central Library

  • The library, team study rooms and reading room will be open until 15:00 on December 19, 2025. Full operation from January 5, 2026.
  • Receipt of invoices for the purchase of information resources: until December 12, 2025. 
  • kaFFe: Open until 19th December until 15:00.

Mailroom

  • The last day for dispatching parcels is Tuesday, 23 December 2025. All parcels delivered to the mailroom by 11:00 a.m. will be dispatched.
  • Receipt of shipments is also guaranteed on 29–31 December 2025.

Building Management

  • From December 20, 2025, to January 4, 2026, all buildings will be closed; however, access will be possible in exceptional cases with approval. Staff are advised to use the entrances via the concierge desk when entering the Faculty and report to the concierge desk upon arrival and departure from the workplace.
  • To inspect work areas (e.g., flowers, appliances), the facilities will be open to all employees on December 29, 2025.
  • During the closure, the interior spaces will not be heated to a comfortable temperature, but will be tempered to conserve heating costs.
  • Before the closure of the Faculty, please perform or arrange for the following activities in your departments to minimize risks and emergencies: carefully check all windows are closed; defrost fridges and unplug all electrical appliances from their sockets in particular, please check that cookers, kettles, phone chargers, laptop and tablet power supplies are unplugged as these are common causes of fires; checking that the thermostatic control valves on all central heating appliances are open; checking the closure of water taps; switching off all lights etc.
  • Building Management will conduct inspections and security checks of common areas and lecture halls.
  • If you discover any technical faults in your workplace, please inform maintenance immediately – preferably by e-mail to udrzba@phil.muni.cz.
  • From December 20, 2025, to January 1, 2026, the exit from the Faculty via building B1 will be prevented. Please use the access via the Arna Novák 1/1 gatehouse.
