| Popis | In the article all recorded designations for "year" and its seasons are analyzed in all described Cushitic languages. The terms common in several languages are projected in their common protolanguages, in the case of loans the sources are identified. The finally reconstructed "Cushitic year" is compared with corresponding reconstructions in Berber and Semitic. |
