| Popis | This paper deals with a small anomaly in the stress accent of those numerals which are multiples of one thousand in prices expressed in Italian liras. The high frequency of prices with more than three digits induced Italian native speaker to the thousand liras as unit instead of the single lira. This led to pull back the stress accent on the thousands. |
