| Popis | The article Old Faith in New Folk Costume: Modern Paganism in Slovakia is short introduction to history and present state of Slovak Neopagan movement. First part of the text describes the lack of precursors of the movement in comparision with Poland and Baltic region. Then we move to the explanation of socio-political context which led to birth of Slovak modern Paganism. After brief summary of forms of first Slovak Neopagan movenmets we move to current state of modern Pagan scene in Slovakia. Last part of the article discusses future of Neopaganism in Slovakia. |
