| Popis | My presentation delved into the life and patronage of Elizabeth Richeza of Poland (1288–1335), a 14th-century queen whose contributions to medieval art and spirituality have often been overlooked. Through a short examination of her role as the founder of the Old Brno Monastery and and as the commissioner of nine illuminated liturgical manuscripts, I uncovered the motivations, strategies, and broader implications of her patronage. |
