It is with great excitement that we invite you to join us for our summer schools and summer programs at the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic, Central Europe.
We are offering you a balanced combination of an academic program as well as trips to explore Central Europe. All trips are included in the price of our summer schools and summer programs.
This summer school will offer you a complex take on the historical, cultural, and political developments taking place in Central Europe at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. This period had a significant impact on European (intellectual) history and culture in the decades to come.
You will get a chance to meet our enthusiastic lecturers who are experts in their fields. Those fields include sociology, history, history of art and architecture, philosophy, linguistics, literature, and music.
This summer school includes field trips to Prague, Vienna, and Budapest and a guided tour around Brno and its surroundings (Lednice-Valtice Area, Moravian Karst, Mikulov).
This summer program will help you to widen your academic horizons. The program aims at improving your academic English and study skills. You will receive professional instruction that will help you to bridge the gap between high school and university, to improve your academic performance in English and to make you feel confident about your writing in English.
This summer program includes field trips to Prague, Vienna, and Budapest and a guided tour around Brno and its surroundings.
