The aim of the project is to conribute to improvement of rationality of the decision-making process in the field of internal communication enhacement within the system of public administration in the Czech republic. The project will be in a form of systematic critical analysis of the status of individual subjects of the communication chain, determination of existing barriers as well as a proposal of recomendations for betterment of conteporary situation.
