Project of cooperation between the ancient history programmes at Masaryk University in Brno and the University of Innsbruck

The aim oft he project is to create a base for annual mutual workshops of academic staff, PhD students and Master's students, exchange of knowledge and deepening of publication and project cooperation. The cooperation has already started with the Austrian colleagues, who presented their papers at the workshop at the Institute of Classical Studies on 29.10.2024. In the framework of the AKTION call, we are requesting funds for the continuation of the cooperation and the possibility to organize a workshop for the academics and PhD students from Brno in Innsbruck in the winter semester of the academic year 2025/2026. Next year (2026/2027) we plan to apply for support for Austrian colleagues.
