My name is Bronislava, I am 21 years old and I study Norwegian language and literature. I applied for this project because I am very interested in the topic of active citizenship and civic responsibility as well as the topic of the Holocaust, which has been with me since primary school. I found it interesting to explore this topic in connection with my studies and the Norwegian language, as well as to travel to Norway. After a long search, I chose Edgar Brichta, a Jewish boy from Bratislava, who was transferred to Norway through Nansen's help and placed in a foster family of a collaborator and an anti-Semite.
