Finland100 – myths and reality in the building of a nation 1917–2017

This year Finland is celebrating its 100th anniversary of independence proclaimed on 6th December 1917. As a part of these celebrations a lecture „Finland100 - myths and reality in the building of a nation 1917-2017“ will be delivered by professor Laura Kolbe from the University of Helsinki. The lecture will take place on 9th November at the Faculty of Arts (15:50-17:20, building J, room J22). The event is organised by the Embassy of Finland in Prague in cooperation with the Department of Linguistics and Baltic Studies. All who are interested are warmly welcome. The lecture will be given in English.
