After the ceremonial laying of a bouquet at the memorial plaque to the victims of Nazism at the Faculty of Law, MU Rector Martin Bareš will open the programme in the auditorium and award a silver medal to Karel Skalický, a participant in the exile struggle against communist totalitarianism. 

Ukrainian diplomat Olexander Scherba will speak on the topic "Ukraine as a moral and political crossroads of humanity". After the discussion and a break, diplomat Michael Zantovsky will reminisce about Václav Havel. The commemorative event "Fragile Freedom" will close with an organ concert performed by Patrik Buchta.

Admission to the program is free with prior reservation.
