Pour féliciter 2026
Our faculty owl has a new friend – a little owl from the rescue station in Rajhrad. May you also have those by your side...
At the end of October, the faculty tested its preparedness for emergencies by conducting a fire drill in Building D. Students and employees evacuated according to instructions. They gathered at a designated location on the faculty premises. In addition to the evacuation, the drill also included the sending of warning text messages.
Some recipients of warning SMS messages experienced technical difficulties, which were resolved on an ongoing basis. The most common issue was an incomplete or outdated telephone number listed as an emergency contact in the IS (students) and INET (employees) systems.
Crisis contact
In case of danger, a warning SMS is sent to the specified phone number.
Emergency contact
The telephone number provided can be used, for example, if your system password is stolen via a fraudulent email.
Problems with sending warning SMS messages, which exceed the faculty's authority, have been referred to the university level for resolution. The goal is to ensure that all participants receive the warning without exception during the next exercise.
Otherwise, the exercise proceeded smoothly and without any significant shortcomings.
We want to thank everyone for their cooperation and considerate approach.
