Description Even though the phrase organizational learning entered the vocabulary of many disciplines, including andragogy, one can not omit that the various phenomena and various interests are represented in the concept. Organizational learning is far from being always seen as the phenomenon of adaptation of organizational behaviour through individual and group learning. It is often confused with a system of company training and/or it is used as an instrument of legitimization of power interference in the organizations operation. Organisational learning also arise other demands on the actors of organizational learning, especially on learning agents, educators and managers of learning processes.
