Description | The aim of this paper is to provide a description of ways in which Czech adults seek jobs. Job-seeking is viewed as one partial skill from the group of career management skills and the attention is concentrated on level of job-seeking in this paper, for low level of these skills (career management skills) can contribute to the deepening of social inequality. The attributes of the skill of job-seeking in different groups of adults aged between 18 and 60, are given by data collected in a questionnaire survey conducted in November 2011 on a representative sample of adult population in the Czech Republic. |
