Description	Workshop had a form of the presentation by Dr. Jindřichová with Mr. Hládek and of the following panel discussion. It was aimed at: - legal nature of innovative payments and their regulation as payment services in the European Union after the transposition of the Directive 2007/64/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 November 2007 on payment services in the internal market, - settlement in multilateral systems for payment cards, - harmonization of payment services and payment instruments, - payment transactions surcharging. Organized as a part of the European Union Regulation of Financial Services online project (175798-LLP-1-2010-1-CZ-AJM-MO).
