Description	Workshop had a form of a presentation by Mr. Vacek and following panel discussion. It was aimed at: - credit services regulation in the European Union after the transposition of the Directive 2008/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2008 on credit agreements for consumers, - harmonization of credit services, - specifics of online credit services and credit services using other ICT in the Czech republic and abroad, - online instruments in the precontractual phase of credit services providing, - differences of a legal regulation on credit agreements for consumers, mortgages and credit agreements from the building savings scheme. It included the regulatory news adopted or effective as of April 2013. Organized as a part of the European Union Regulation of Financial Services online project (175798-LLP-1-2010-1-CZ-AJM-MO).
