Description Paper presents textile business during the financial crisis between the years 2008 and 2012. The company has the Japanese owner and the management philosophy corresponds to Japanese requirements. During the financial crisis, the company, like other companies in the sector faced with economic problems. Like the other companies had to be cost-saving measures in all areas of business in order to avoid liquidation. Thanks to the Japanese management style company was able to use the unusual opportunity to achieve growth strategy.
