Description The article represents a short case study of the typical aspects of genre transitions. The main idea is to describe step-to-step transformation of an art piece in transition between languages and forms of different genre traditions (for example, literature and stage, stage and cinema and so on) and to understand the nature of synthetic art forms, such as musicals, in the frames of this problem.
