| Description | The unique properties of DCSBD plasma source is demonstrated by the results on a succesfull in-line activation of thin PP fabric at 450 m/min production speed, on the treatment of PP fibres, flat polymers, metal, glass, silicon wafers and inorganic nanofibers calcination. |
