| Description | Subject of this contribution will be a collection of letters known as Formularius epistolarum cum exposicione rhetoricali which is preserved in manuscript IX E 4 (folia 114r–197v) which is deposited in the National Library of Czech Republic. The attention will be especially focused on the commentaries to letters kept in the first part of the collection and the goal is to examine nature and structure of these commentaries, what information they hold, what expressions were chosen to be commented by the author of the collection and for what reason. Sources used by the author of the collection will be also briefly identified. |
