Description Based on changes in the organizational regulations commenced on 1 January 1952 his opera collective action Brno branch of the Union of Czechoslovak Composers, led by Josef Burjanek and Organizing Secretary Ctirad Kohoutek. The mission of the group was to help authors in the revision itself or the creation of new operas.
