| Description | The article deals with formation of new documents for private messengers. In the age of poor post connections were developed which delivered private letters. The administration started to look at delivery of consignements as a source of revenue in the beginning of the 18. century. Private messengers thus harmed manorial post. The administration wanted to limit quantity of messengers by legitimation passports. The paper also describes this document from the diplomatic aspect. |
