| Description | The paper was aimed at the model of the competency profile and its use for the coaching of school leaders. This model is the main outcome of PROFLEC, a project in which the authors of the paper participated. The speech was delivered at the 3rd international conference Managing Education Quality; Ways to Professionalization of School Leaders (Prague, 1 December 2014). |
