Description The study deals with the analysis of musical inventory recorded at the Liechtenstein Castle in Prostějov (Moravia) in 1608. A comprehensive list includes mainly items purchased in connection with the establishment of a musical ensemble of Karel, count Liechtenstein in the first decade of the 17th century. Nicolaus Zangius (died 1617 in Olomouc), a composer working simultaneously in Gdansk, Prague and Moravia, moving among Liechsteinstein's residences, was the head of the ensemble.
